After his ascension, Robin named a star after William.[1]

Trivia[]
- William and Robin seem to have been the only ghosts in Bone Hall at the time when William ascended. It is not clear if there were any others before William. Robin is not entirely surprised when William ascends, which may indicate that he had witnessed the phenomenon previously.
- William was likely developed from "Ancient William", a character concept considered during early development of the show. According to the book Ghosts: Brought to Life, he would have been the ghost of a six-year-old boy who was also one of the oldest ghosts in the house.
