"The Woodworm Men" is the third episode of Series 3 of Ghosts and its 16th episode overall. It premiered on 23 August 2021.
Plot[]
The episode opens with fumigators in the house in the middle of the night, startling Mary who wakes to see a fumigator opening her room. All of the ghosts leave the house immediately, and several of the ghosts express fear at the prospect of staying in the house while it is being fumigated. With Button House being fumigated for woodworm, Alison and Mike camp out in the grounds, not necessarily helped by conflicting advice from Pat and The Captain. Thomas regales Alison with the underwhelming story of his Grand Tour, while indoors Kitty watches Grease for the first time - but is in for a nasty shock.
