Jeremy, Trevor's brother arranged for her to come to Trevor's memorial at Woodstone through a Cameo-like booking app named "Poppin'". There she was hit on by Trevor's dad who gave her his number disgusting his ex-wife when Tara revealed it during a speech at the memorial. Before she leaves the mansion Trevor tries to kill Tara Reid, either ensuring she'll communicate with ghosts or causing her to become a ghost and be stuck with him forever, via knocking over a vase for her to trip over and fall down the stairs. Sam stops her and picks up the vase, preventing the accident.
