Satan is the ghost of a motorcycle gang member from the 1990s. He appears in the Australian sitcom Ghosts and is portrayed by Jackson Tozer.
Biography[]
Satan's birth name is Brian. He was a member of the biker gang "Savage Guardian", which had a meth lab and a club at Ramshead Manor in the 1990s. As "safety officer" of the club, he enforced the peace by kicking offenders's heads with steel-capped boots. He may or may not count these among the "murders" he claims took place in Ramshead at the time. He also dated an ex-con once.
Death[]
Satan accepts Gideon's position as leader of the ghosts, calling him "Boss" and following his orders without question. This includes trying to scare Kate away from Ramshead Manor by using his power to push objects. He first pushes a closet's door open, which fails to scare her, then a ladder while Kate is standing on it. This causes Kate to fall and become hospitalized, after which she is able to see and hear ghosts. At first, Satan believes that he has killed Kate, which causes him grief and makes him cry loudly under the kitchen table.
In "Hot Box", Satan manages to stand up to Gideon for the first time after receiving some encouragement from Kate, but his decision to choose what program to watch is derailed when Eileen guilt trips him into putting on a documentary series about the "Octomom", Nadia Suleman. Eileen had just learned the concept of guilt trip from Kate's interaction with her mother, Mel.
Appearance[]
Satan is the largest and most imposing looking ghost at Ramshead Manner, with a rough voice to match, black mane and beard. His biker getup includes driving glasses, arm length tattoos, and a vest with his gang name and a drawing of a furious bulldog on the back. He has a black tear tattoo under his right eye, and the left side of his face is burned.
Personality[]
Beneath his rugged appearance, he hides a soft side and wishes he had friends and a romantic partner. He has some romantic feelings for Lindy Darwin-Paul.
Powers[]
