Pat Butcher II is the grandson of Pat Butcher and Carol Butcher and the son of Daley Butcher and his unnamed wife. In 2019, he was less than a year old. His namesake was his grandfather, Pat, who had died when his father Daley was only young. He appeared in the episode “Happy Death Day” when Pat's family visit to commemorate his death.
