"He Came!" is the special seventh episode of Series 3 of Ghosts and its 20th episode overall. It premiered on 23 December 2021.
Plot[]
As the Coopers look forward to a quiet Christmas, they find a stranger camping in the grounds of Button House. While Kitty thinks he's Father Christmas, his real story is revealed to have echoes in Fanny's life.
Meanwhile, Pat is excited for the Button House Christmas quiz, Alison paints a portrait of Thomas, and Robin, who's been on the land longer than anyone else, tries to make a claim for rent.

- Fanny's full name is revealed for the first time to be Stephanie. Fanny is more commonly a pet name for women named Frances, though also sometimes for Stephanie.
- The Plague Victims, specifically the ladies, make their first appearance since the previous year's Christmas special.
