Trivia[]
- The title and episode is a concept introduced on Horrible Histories, wherein the six British creators of Ghosts first worked together as writers and performers. One of the recurring sketches on that show was entitled "Stupid Deaths", which recounted some of the ridiculous ways that real historical figures actually died.
- It is also similar to Spike's 1000 Ways to Die.
- This is the second episode that we see Flower's life before she died, the first was in Flower's Article.
- Sam is seen writing Isaac's biography which is what she promised him in the Pilot.
- Trevor brings up both Woody Allen and The Cosby Show saying that they were unproblematic, both of which ended having controversy years later.
- This is the first time we see Pete when he was alive in a flashback and his house, which is also a new set.
- Guest cast member Mathew Baynton is better known to viewers of the UK series as the ghost Thomas Thorne of Button House.
